Trimming it out


Using a staple gun to put the fabric on the chair had one big drawback -- there was going to be at least one place where they would show.

To remedy that, I put black grosgrain ribbon on with the first staples, layered in with the fabric. Once I had all the fabric on to my satisfaction, I used cloth hot glue to put the ribbon onto the chair.

Finished edges with a finished look!

You really must love the hot glue gun, it is so versatile. Pesky staples! They have a way of getting everywhere. Now where did I put my gun?
