Yes, I have successfully stuck to my new eating habits. With a lot of work and sacrifice, I have lost a total of 65 lbs. That is 6 sizes my friends. S. I. X. I'm stoked!
We went yard-saleing this weekend and I came out with several new pairs of pants/shorts and even a shirt. It's odd to put clothes on that seem so small (compared to where I have been). They are still not where I wanna be, but I'm working on it.

Oh my goodness, congratulations. I have just started a new diet within the last two days and it's hard already. Sixty five pounds in three months. That's positively incredible. You must be so proud of yourself! I'm proud of you for the both of us. Pat yourself on the back! Knock yourself out!
did you really?? 65 lbs?? wow!!
That is more than fantastic....and I don't just mean fitting into smaller clothes- I mean your health and energy level (I used to be a personal trainer :)

really fantastic.
I am so proud of you!!! Way to go. I wish I could get motivated.
Thank you all so much! Yes, it is hard work, but things are just different this time. I still eat foods I love, but I don't eat constantly. I have learned how to put things into balance. All things in moderation......that's my mantra!

WOW. How much exercise goes with your food choices? 3 months? That is crazy!! Great job.
I walk almost every day. Some days I walk 30 minutes, others an hour, sometimes up to 2 1/2 hours(1 hour at lunch and the rest when I get home), so that my "average" for the week is about an hour a day.
The biggest tool has probably been my daughter -- she did not have as much to lose as I did, but she has lost 25 lbs doing the same things I did but not quite as much exercise.
Congratulations. That is such an accomplishment. You should be very proud!
