Creamy Chicken and Noodles
1 cup "Pickin' Chicken" (or shedded chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 bag egg noodles
1 1/2 cups frozen peas & carrots
In a pot of water, boil the noodles as directed on the package. While noodles are cooking, in a separate saucepan warm the soup with one can of water, stirring to combine. Add in the chicken and peas, stirring occassionally until warm. Once the noodles are done, drain well. Add the chickn mixture to the noodles.
Voila! Dinner in about 10 minutes. Warm, fast, comforting -- what more could a girl want???
