I thought I would share our only Halloween decoration, the lone pumpkin that DH carves each year. Dearest daughter, age 8, picks out the lonley creature, just as the price starts to fall about 10 days before the big night. Then the 14 year old helps pick out a picture, and DH carves it into his masterpiece. Some years it is cute, sometimes funny, this year I think they were aiming for scary. No matter, I just think it's cool!
